PAYMENT TERMS
- All payments are payable to ACI ASIA-PACIFIC (Airports Council International Asia-Pacific Region) in US Dollars.
- All payments are due prior to the start of the event. Airports Council International reserves the right to decline entry of any delegates who have not completed payment prior to the beginning of the event. If payment is not received on time, delegates will be required to pay via online credit card on-site.
- All charges, and not limited to currency exchange differences, bank charges, and administrative fees, shall be borne by the remitter (sender). Airports Council International reserves the right to charge back any bank charges incurred.
- Early Bird Price only applies to delegates who completed payment by the invoice due date. ACI Asia-Pacific reserves the right to charge the difference between Standard Price and Early Bird Price if failed to do so.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to the organisers (events@aci-asiapac.aero ).
- For cancellations on or before 1 May 2024, a full refund would be provided minus a US$100 administrative fee.
- For cancellations after 1 May 2024, no refund will be provided.
- Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event only and will be processed in USD.
- In the case of non-attendance, the registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to organisers prior the conference.
- Airports Council International reserves the right to cancel or change the date and venue of the conference at any time.

DELEGATE REGISTRATION
You confirm that the information provided on the registration form is correct and that your full name and company name will be shown on the delegate badge. By completing the registration form, you consent to the distribution of your contact details to the "the Organizers" and the host of this event. You also consent to the inclusion of your name, job title and company name in business matching services, and any marketing and promotion to be distributed at the event.
"The Organizers" will accept replacement delegates, however delegate passes cannot be shared or split among delegates under any circumstances.
"The Organizers" has the right to refuse or reject registrations.
Delegate Passes
- ACI Member / Non-ACI Member / Speakers / Sponsors / Exhibitors / AMPAP Graduates - full delegate passes provide full access to all conference activities, including conference sessions and networking/ social activities, including refreshments and lunch breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner, and event photos and conference presentations (available after the event).
Other delegate passes with limited access include the following:
- Expo only passes are limited to exhibitors for application, and limited access to exhibition and conference sessions only and strictly not for networking activities. Organizers have the right to refuse and/or reject applications for Expo only passes.
- Accompanying persons' passes provide access to welcome receptions, gala dinner. Payment at corresponding full delegate rates will be required for any accompanying persons wanting to attend the conference sessions.
- Media passes are limited to conference sessions only and strictly not for networking activities. Organizers have the right to refuse and/or reject applications for Media passes. All registered Media passes must reference "ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East", and/or "ACI World" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.
Insurance, travel, and accommodation shall be the responsibility of the attending delegate. The organizer shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the delegate or his/her accompanying persons, staff, agents, contractors, invitees or members of the public.
